transcosmos and the Helpdesk Institute of Japan Look Towards Manila

On 22nd May 2012, transcosmos were pleased to host executives from The Helpdesk Institute (HDI) of Japan who are looking at Manila as a prime location for outsourcing of call centres for the Japanese marketplace.

Both transcosmos and HDI recognise the significant opportunities in this sector and are working closely together to deliver solutions to several key Japanese corporations.
