transcosmos would like to congratulate our very own Judit Madarasz for being MacMillan i>clicker’s Support Agent of the month!

We shared in this post how much our agents love working with Macmillan because of its innovative products that are uniquely made for teachers and learners. MacMillan’s passion for students and technology resonates well with our own passions, making our partnership with them a constant source of inspiration and fulfillment.
Which is why it brings us even more joy to see that Judit is their Support Agent of the month!
Judit joined transcosmos in 2012 as a Customer Service agent for Ryanair, and joined the Macmillan team in 2013 where she seemed to have found her passion for technology and learning. “Information Technology was always a field of interest, which is why I was very pleased to start working with these two products, i>clicker and PrepU,” she said. “I very much enjoy being part of such an enthusiastic team. I am very grateful and happy to have the opportunity to improve my skills while I enjoy being around my colleagues.”
We’re proud of her for having her passion shine through her work, and to be acknowledged by the MacMillan group themselves is indeed a validation of her hard work and dedication.
