The annual University Career Fair Days event provides an opportunity for students to meet with representatives from over 80 organizations, including organizations from many industries, such as finance, consulting, consumer goods, media, marketing, advertising, among others. And transcosmos is honoured to be a part of it.
Two job fairs in 2 days, we are stoked!
The University Career Fair happens in the spring and fall of each year. The fair happened for two days in two locations: at the nearby Nyíregyháza College and at the local Debrecen University (which, by the way, ranked among top universities in the world).
Inside the transcosmos booth, we had interesting and promising discussions with students, current and future job-seekers, as well as organisers and possible future partner companies. Amongst other topics, we had requests for co-operations and invitations for meetings and job fairs in the near future!
We also continued our successful partnership with the Faculty of Dutch Studies at the University of Debrecen. We also did a presentation for the students about transcosmos, what are we doing exactly, available open positions, how to be part of our team and how an interview looks like. It was beneficial both for us and the students, our hopes are high that we’ll receive some CV’s in the next few weeks.
Opportunities like this one serve as dual purpose for us as a company. Aside from scouting for future transcosmos employees, we take it our pleasure to help students explore their options and take the first step in pursuing their chosen careers.
